If you ever have questions, feel free to hit me up on twitter, I've been messing with fondant for about 6 years or so. <br />I started rolling out fondant with powdered sugar. And it worked fine for a long time, but my hands would get sticky very quickly. If you use corn starch, it won't do that. (I don't know if you have the same problem or not). <br />And, I really don't like the idea of what I'm about to tell you, and I've only tried it once, but if you are practicing, it might be worth a try. Once you've covered your cake in fondant, rub it with crisco. Yes, crisco. it will give it a shine.
